What truck should I buy?
I have not yet bought the Toyota I am going to convert, and am
looking for advice on choosing it - i.e. is the conversion more
difficult or impossible on certain engine types, models, etc?
I need a 4wd pickup. All else being equal I would probably
prefer a 4-cylinder for better fuel economy, since most of what I
haul is small (it's for landscaping, nursery work, small market
garden). Basically the smaller the better.
Also, will I need to change any other parts besides the engine?
That might inform my choice. (I mean big parts, like the
transmission).
