i did not see anyone quote a price, but the best pmd kit to get is the only true remote mount designed from the ground up and has a proven track record! that's the PDC from www.duramax.bizhosting.com it's the only one to consider getting! email them at a1customs@aol.com for pricing as no one on this site sells the stuff you just get referrals and testimonials here. GmDieselTech who posts here is an expert and simply endorses those products you mention from his vast experiences.
FYI: Beware the inferior knockoff pdc cooler imitations, some of those even mount on the HOT engine!
