I have a 6.2L in my 84 blazer..Sometimes she starts, sometimes she dont.I have checked the relay, the controller, and traced a billion wires. I dont get a wait light, and I dont get a click from the relay. Other times I will get behind the wheel and she will start the cycling process, and she will start right up. It is getting very nerve racking..any help would be a great help.

Check voltage, see if you're getting power there. The negitive side of the glow plug relay goes thru a sensor at the back of the engine. Top of relay, red and blue wires with resistor. also in line there is a 20 amp fuse. Check Chilton book 7655 see page U681 for diagram.
