Hi, please tell me the best way to bleed air from lines on 1984 6.2- I know about fuel filter and tried that but still no start- I changed batteries and glow plugs and controller. It sounds like it wants to start but won't lite up.HELP!! PLEASE!!!!

Loosen one injector and spin the engine until you see fuel weep out. Tighten and the engine will start.

If you have a severely airlocked injector pump you may have to open the check valve in the pump. To do this look for a wire attacked to a sensor on the rear of the block on the passenger side, pull off the connector, then take a short piece of wire and short the two conductors on the connector. Then follow the above steps.

Hi, I bleed the injectors, still won't start.Glow plugs are not working on driver side. I checked the fuse on fire wall that comes from relay harness, it's ok.Any ideas? Thanks for your info DieselLuvr

break the line before the pump. If the fuel pump is working it will bleed air there first then the line after injector pump
