Subject: A-pillar Gauge Mount - How to's?
IP: Logged

Message:
I need to install a tripple Gauge, A-Pillar mount in my
GMC pickup. This is the full length unit from Dash to top
of the A-Pillar at the headliner.

I got my unit from Banks and it came with no
instructions (except for the gauges, of course). I see no
visible way to remove the stock A-Pillar trim piece (no
screws, etc.).

Has anyone out there, performed this mod and can tell
me what to do?

TIA,

Respectfuly,

David M.

All of the ones I have removed are held in place
by spring steel clips. They mount to the back of the trim
and go into a slot in the steel of your cab. I usually start
at the headliner and apply mild pulling force until the
first one pops out
Good Luck

I tried to privately thank you but got an error message
saying that your domain/server rejected my email.

Anyway thanks for the info.

Respectfully,
