Message: my 3406B cat starts losing turbo preasure at about 1450 rpm it tapers from 26 down to 17 psi at 2150rpm can you help ? i want it to mantain 26 or greater through rpm range.. can you direct me to a web site or give me tech advise

you may have a waste gate on your turbo the spring in the gate may be weak. check your air filters they may look ok, but if there old they will restrict flow when the paper starts to break down. bad fuel filters or a partally blocked line can produce the same results.

Look at your air fuel ratio diaphagm on the back of the fuel pump. should be a air line coming from intake to it. If that diaphagm is ruptured, It will not increase fuel to the engine as boost increases. Parts are aval. though Cat dealer for $20.00. About 30min to change
