2001 dodge 2500 trk. 5.9 cummins cuts off when put in drive

Vehicle came with complaint ck. engine light on & stalls at times when put in drive or reverse.
Ckd code was injection pump electronics replaced pump & it took care of code but still cuts off at times in
drive or reverse, app throttle poistioner was replaced also. I can pretty well tell when it going to cut off by
looking at tachometer starts flucuating then stop put in neutral & then back in drive & stalls any input
would greatly be appreicated thanks Richards automotive.
