My Boyfriend is having trouble with his Diesel... :shock:

He just put a 6 spd in his 99' F350 and theres a severe loss of power...
The Tranny and comp. is out of a 00' (same vehicle) and found the clutch safety wires and twisted them together to start it... he has a new fuel filter, fresh oil, new air filter, and the fuel pump is putting out 60 + PSI and blew the gage off... so we know that its putting out enought pressure...

What's going on??
