I have 8-53's with 32 volt starters. What are the chances of either modifying teh starters to 24 volt or change the starters to 24 volt. I'm facing buying 6 x 8 volt batteries and a charger, etc, etc. It makes more sense to me to go to 24-12 volt for the whole boat.
