1991 ford f-350, 7.3 diesel,engine problem

when i drive my truck between 0 - and 45 the engine jumps like i am moveing the gas pedal up and down and when this started the cruise control stop working about the same time, please help going crazy with this,

Injection pump. Had one like this a few months ago. The governor is wore is why this does this. Is it when you have the pedal at an idle position?

Yes u can very teadious deal unless u know a pump guy, there are a few breakdowns floating on the net, but if it dont get set right by by engine, it is probably just as sheap to get a reman pump.
