i hav a fiesta 1996 1.8 diesal ghia when i turn the ignition on no glow plug light comes on and when i turn the indicator to the right the radiator fan works intermittently, so does the glow plug light the right indicator and headlamp flashes with full beam, there is also no power going to the glow plugs

any info would be greatly appreciated
