I have a 60 series Detroit 515hp.It loses power intermitently.Ive replaces fuel filters added Power Service and it never seems to help.Then I regain power just as fast as I lost it.Sometimes it loses power and comes back in a few seconds,sometimes and hour or more.Its done it in cold wet weather,and dry warm weather.Any ideas???

Any codes? What year? Could be a sensor, ECM.

sounds like a trs or srs sensor,does it send a code if it is one of them you should change them them at the same tim .
i have changed one or the other and the one i did not change went bad a few days later .
