Batteries are charged and load tested-----

there is fuel and oil--checked fuses, removed and cleaned connections for starter and selinoid at starter. Flashed PCM with hypertech III back to factory settings.

All electrics seem to work but the headlights will not turn on. Turn key and all I hear is a click right behind the topside fuel filter. Tried jumping the hot wires on left side of truck going to starter with the key on to start. There is power out no crank---

Find it interesting there are no headlights and leads me to think some type of electrical control problem. But I am also thinking maybe I should pull starter and ck that--

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated--need this truck for work--
