Does anyone have any information of any objective tests that have been made to determine the efficiency off the following products and which ones are best to clean and treat a 1000 gallons diesel storage tank?

1. Racor Biocide

2. Clear Diesel Fuel and Tank Cleaner made by Power Service

3. Bio Kleen Diesel Fuel Biocide made by Power Service

4. Perhaps some other brand.

Also which is the best stabilizer and centane booster, Racor, Power Services Diesel kleen and Centane Boost or some other brand?

I would appreciate your information and opinions.
