I have a Bukh DV32 turbo engine in my boat. Recently although it starts well and runs well for awhile, eventually it loses rpm and dies - no throttle response. At 1600 rpm it has run 13 hrs recently without shutting down but at higher rpm 1900 to 2000 rpm today it died after 45 minutes. It doesn't seem to matter whether engine is bled or not, if left for an hour or more it restarts and runs again for awhile. I have replaced both primary CAV filter and engine filter and they looked fine, have bled the system, have replaced the air intake vent, have replaced all the rubber fuel lines, have added an electric fuel pump after the primary filter. Problem remains and if anything is worse. Any ideas?
