hi there, i bought a 98 6.5 from a guy that keeps giving me grief... i need help to tell him what he is doing is wrong in the proper words and i need help with stress points in the bands of a tranny... well let me explain, i bought it and it had tranny troubles and he promised me a new one cause it had huge trouble backing up. my bf needed to take it to work so we took it easy and used reverse as little as possible... it quit running for a year and been running for a good year on a pooched tranny, had problems in almost all gears... so he took(finally i owned it for 2.5 years now) it promising this new transmission(well a different rebuilt one) and now that he has it he's claiming it is a valve of some sort but even if it was the bands should be screwed up... and i just don't wanna be took more then he has already, please help thank you so much for reading my rant lol...smiles everyone and thank you again!
