I have a 2002 Ford F-350 4x4 7.3 diesel. It looses power and blows white smoke out the tail pipe. If you cut the truck off an start it back up it quits until it decides to do it again. I have replaced the HPOP pump, fuel pump, cleanded tank for algae, cleaned fuel lines, new fuel filter, new oil filter, new oil, replaced the ICP sensor, the IPR sensor, an has new transmission filter to. The truck keeps throwing the P1211 code what else could this be.
