Gas Throttle Does Nothing

Gas Throttle Does Nothing

I have a 99 Ford F-350 7.3L and when you push the gas peddle it does nothing. Will not rev the engine at all just idle. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I AM GOING TO SAY THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR, BUT HOOK A COMPUTER TO IT JUST TO MAKE SURE.
