04 6.0 will not start this started when it got cool out. new glow-plugs. new cam and crank sonsors. have power to all glow-plugs; getting fuel; fresh oil and going by guage have good pressure . but if you plug in block warmer it will start and run rough at first runs good after engine warming. this is a strange creature, is there anyone out there that can help.
