Was wondering if anyone has thought about putting a Mercedes 320 diesel engine in an Avalanche...the 320 has more torque than the stock Avalanche engine and gets 35mpg in a car that is not alot lighter than the Chevy...I love my Avalanche but would like more economy...I don't haul alot, so don't need a huge engine like the duramax...any comments out there? thanks
