2005 F-250 Diesel warm up.

I have a 2005 F-250 Diesel 6.0 and i crank up and have to let it warm up for about 10 to 15 minutes or it will miss or run rough fells in a bind. After it warms up no problems all day. This is in summer time when it is warm. I changed fuel and air filters. What could be problem ? Thanks Donald

I know it is summer time but plug it in tonight and see if it does any better in the morning. Has the glow plugs been changed? How many miles? Could be glow plug issue could be injector issue.
